Returns from the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium
Of course, you can return your order. Please read the information below carefully before returning anything. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
You must send your return within 14 days of purchase and it must reach us within 5 days of dispatch, otherwise the statutory cooling-off period will expire. The packaging of the product in question must be intact. The packing slip / or a note with the order number must be included in the box. Please note! We cannot process your package without an order number. Returning the package is at your own risk. We are not responsible if a package is lost during return shipping.

PLEASE NOTE! Unfortunately, hygiene products (hand sanitizer, dust masks, face masks) cannot be returned as they are hygiene products. If you return them anyway, we will not process them as a return. You can, of course, collect the products free of charge from our warehouse; they cannot be sent back.
If you have received incorrect goods that you did not order or you have received a defective item, please contact us in this case, as we can often resolve this in another way.
