With the package you have everything you need to easily remove excess calluses yourself. The callus removal package consists of:
- Laufwunder callus softener 500 ml
- Callus slicer stainless steel (incl. 10 replacement blades)
- Laufwunder Hartschwamm cube
- Laufwunder callus reduction cream 30 ml
- Laufwunder soccersem blue 500 ml
- Laufwunder dosing pump (for footbalm blue)
Step-by-step plan for the best result to remove calluses yourself
- Rinse the feet clean in a foot bath or shower and clean with soap if necessary.
- Apply with apply the callus softener to the callus locations with a cotton ball or cloth and let it soak in for a few minutes and.
- Place the callus slicer straight on the callus and make a straight movement without exerting much pressure.
- Treat the calluses as if you were working with a cheese slicer and stop in time. Do not remove all the calluses, because you need a small layer!
- Retouch the treated areas with the Hartschwamm block and remove all edges and imperfections from the planing with an abrasive circular motion.</li >
- Rinse your feet well and dry them.
- Grease your feet with the nourishing foot balm blue from Laufwunder and continue to do this daily. Hydrated foot skin builds up calluses much less quickly!
- Then treat locations that get a lot of pressure with the callus reduction cream from Laufwunder. This ensures that calluses do not get the chance to build up again quickly
