Kliniderm Foam Silicone Lite is a thin absorbent polyurethane foam dressing with a soft silicone wound contact layer. This wound contact layer protects the surrounding skin and reduces pain during dressing changes. The absorbent foam layer absorbs exudate and retains it in the dressing. Also, exudate partially evaporates through the bandage, which increases the total absorption capacity.- Supports moist wound treatment
- Constructed of 3 layers: a waterproof PU foil outer layer, absorbent foam foam layer and a silicone gel layer < li>May also be used on infected wounds provided that the wound infection is simultaneously treated according to the applicable guidelines.
- Suitable for the treatment of slightly exuding different types of wounds such as venous and arterial ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, postoperative wounds, abrasions and other traumatic wounds
- Very thin and flexible, so easy to form
- Atraumatic removal
