Klinitulle is a non-woven ointment compress that is suitable for use on superficial wounds such as abrasions, 2nd degree burns with intact blister or nail extractions. The use of Klinitulle reduces the chance of the secondary (covering) dressing sticking to the wound, it prevents the wound from drying out and keeps the wound edges supple.
